Lantic Logistics was founded in 2011 with only a couple vehicles in its fleet. Through hard work and Determination, the business focused on delivering a superior service which gained good favor with the customers. As the demand of commodities, transport grew bigger in the late nineties; Lantic Logistics was awarded more and more contracts. More trucks were soon needed to meet the requirements of the ever growing demand for commodities.

The Lantic Logistics business operations expanded rapidly and the client base grew. The business started Supplying commodities to Blue Chip companies which included IFM Chrome, Xtrata, Cargill, Louise Dryfus, Inter Africa Grain and many more. Due to lots of passion, integrity excellent service and reliability as well as effective Management, the Company had great success within this market. With orders streaming in across the board, more and more vehicles had to be acquired and the Lantic Logistics fleet grew steadily over time.

Later on business operations was expanded even further to Chrome, Ferro Chrome and Manganese transport to Durban, Richards’s bay and Maputo harbors, mainly for export. Backloads increased as well and other products currently being transported by Lantic Logistics is Fertilizer, Malt ,Soda Ash, Fly Ash , Crusher Sand , Aggregate Stone ,River Sand, Iron Ore , Pig Iron ,Wheat, Maize and Agriculture Commodities.

In 2010 during the recession, the business experienced explosive demand and the fleet was increased to 24 trucks to keep up with customers demand.

From a humble beginning in 2012 to a full blown Transport Company into the 21st century, we will definitely expand and dominate to keep up with customer satisfaction, and will be cemented into the industry for many years to come.

Lantic Logistics is currently strategizing a plan to expand further by increasing its fleet, due to the amount of work and other contracts that are being offered by existing and a variety of new clients and Freight Partnership with one of the biggest exporters in the business.
